Our task was to prepare and introduce a new brand to the market. The brand of the distributor of ayurvedic products was to be prepared in a way enabling the development of sales on foreign markets, with a particular emphasis on Western European markets.
The first stage of introducing the distributor’s new brand to the market was to launch the online sales channel. For this purpose, we launched the first of the network of online stores for the Polish market and integrated it with the ERP system as well as external sales channels.
